Terms of service

These are the terms you agree to when you buy a Spruikr package. Plain English on purpose. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Who you're dealing with

Spruikr is an Australian sole trader business. It is not a company, so there is no "Pty Ltd" and no ACN. Contact: [email protected]. If that changes, this page changes with it.

The service

Two packages, taken separately or together.

• Get Found: Google Business Profile posts, four to eight FAQ or service pages written so search engines and AI assistants can quote them, schema markup on those pages, fixes to your business listings where we can reach them, and a monthly visibility report.
• Review Care: monitoring of your public Google reviews, a drafted reply to each one within 24 hours of us seeing it, a monthly sentiment report, and templates you can send to happy customers.

The work is prepared by Wren, an AI assistant. A human reads and approves it before anything is published in your name. By default you also approve review replies yourself; you can opt in to us posting them directly, and you can switch that off at any time.

What we need from you

Manager access to your Google Business Profile, by invitation. We never ask for your password and you can remove our access whenever you like. We also need accurate information about your business. We publish what you tell us, so if it is wrong, what goes out is wrong.

Payment and cancelling

• Prices are in Australian dollars. Get Found from $590 per month. Review Care from $149 per month. "From" means that is the starting price; if your job needs more than the package covers we will quote you before doing it, not after.
• This business is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged and our invoices are not tax invoices.
• You pay monthly, in advance. There is no lock-in contract and no minimum term.
• You can cancel any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and we keep working for you until then. We do not refund part months.
• If we have not started work on a month you have paid for and you cancel within 7 days of that payment, tell us and we will refund it in full.
• Anything we publish for you is yours. If you leave, it stays where it is; we just stop maintaining it.

No guaranteed results

Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and everyone else decide what they show. We do not control them and nobody who tells you otherwise does either. So we do not guarantee rankings, that any AI assistant will mention you, or that you will get a particular number of leads or calls. What we guarantee is that the work described in your package gets done, and that the monthly report tells you honestly what happened, including when the answer is "not much yet".

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that they will be provided with due care and skill and be fit for purpose. If we fail to meet a consumer guarantee you are entitled to a remedy: for a major failure you can cancel and seek a refund for the unused part, and for other failures we will fix the problem within a reasonable time. Nothing in these terms limits that.

Otherwise, and only to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding what you paid us for the month the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits.

Things that will get your account stopped

Asking us to write fake reviews, fake testimonials or claims about your business that are not true. Using the service for anything illegal. We will refund the unused part of the month and part ways.

Changes

We can change these terms, and if we do we will email current customers at least 14 days before the change applies to them. If you do not like the change, cancel before it takes effect and nothing changes for the month you have paid for.
